This covers helpdesk support, CMS tuition, assistance and advice when needed, plus ancillary site maintenance actions that we will need to periodically perform.
Essentially any site related actions or tasks we can complete within 15 minutes are covered by this fee. Tasks requiring greater time inputs will be discussed and quoted.
No. This a neccessary, cost saving service. It gives you the freedom to reach out for hands-on assistance when needed, and facilitates us to carry out actions, resolve errors and help maintain your site without you incurring any billing surprises.
There is no pre-set limit. We're here to assist you when needed. We realise there'll be months where assistance is needed multiple times, and times where months will go by without assistance being required. This tends to balance out. However, to prevent abuse of this service we reserve the right to impose limits on excessive frequent users to switch to accrued time billing when exceeded. Be assured you will always know in advance if any costs are applicable and we will always seek your approval before any billable work is performed.

Before commencing any work we will advise you the anticipated billing hours to complete the requirements. You can choose your preferred billing rate/terms from the options shown above. The hours quoted/billed assume optimal performance. This is based on our knowledge and experience with similar tasks and represents the time we expect it will take for a competent, skilled professional to perform the work. As creativity is highly variable we do not charge for excess hours beyond the amount quoted unless the scope of the work has changed.
$125/hr invoiced on standard 1 month terms: Payment is due on the 20th day of the following month from the invoice date.
$95/hr with payment due on invoice. Services billed at the COD rate require settlement within 7 days of receiving the invoice. If exceeded a supplementary invoice will be raised for the difference between the COD rate versus Adhoc hourly rate.
Prepaid credits can be purchased HERE at any time in blocks of 10. These credits will offset the billing hours (1 credit = 1 hour). Unused credits never expire and will remain in your account until you use them.
If you would like us to place you at the front of the queue and/or work nights & weekends to meet a deadline, then this is achievable using Prepaid Credits consumed at the urgent rate (3 credits = 1 hour).
Our high standard of work and very competitive pricing represents extraordinary value for our customers. If you have any uncertainty of the value being provided we urge you to seek comparitive costings by requesting quotations from other providers, or compare costings via a web-design pricing-calculator (e.g. WebFX Calculator and Connective Design Calculator are good examples.
